The ventilation system картера (fig. 4.128) — closed, compulsory, operates at the expense of depression in an inlet pipe. The oil separator 11 is placed in a cover of 12 valves.
At engine work idling and small loadings gases from картера are sucked away through a small branch on a hose 10 and the calibrated aperture 9 in the case throttle заслонок the carburettor. On full loadings ventilation is carried out on a hose 7 in the air filter, on other modes — through the air filter and a small branch.
At operation do not break tightness of system of ventilation and do not suppose engine work at opened маслозаливной to a mouth. It causes the raised carrying out of oil with картерными gases.
Work of system of ventilation картера can be checked up as follows: at engine work on the minimum frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling there should be a depression in картере the engine. It is defined by means of water пьезометра, connected with картером the engine through a branch pipe under маслощуп. If the system works abnormally in картере there will be a pressure. It is possible in a case закоксовывания channels of ventilation or excessive break of gases in картер the engine.
At interseasonal service of system of ventilation, at run of 40 thousand in km it is recommended: to uncover valves and ventilation hoses; to clear of resinous adjournment a cover oil separator, hoses of ventilation and channels in the carburettor.
