System of greasing of the engine — combined: under pressure and разбрызгиванием. The scheme of system of greasing is shown on fig. 4.92.

Through маслоприемник oil is sucked in by the oil pump and through полнопоточный the filter moves in an oil highway. On the pump it is established редукционный the valve which is restarting up oil in a highway, passing filtering element at its excessively big resistance (a contamination, start-up of the cold engine). The Perepusknoj valve opens at a difference of pressure on an input and an exit from the filter 58—73 кПа (0,6—0,75 kgs/sm ²).

Oil фильтр* it is established on the block of cylinders on the right side of the engine. Filter removal is made by its rotation counter-clockwise. At installation of the new filter on the engine it is necessary to be convinced of serviceability of a sealing rubber lining, to grease with its engine oil and to wrap the filter to a contact a plane lining on the block of cylinders, then to tighten the filter hands on 3/4 turns.

Pressure in system of a fairy tale of the engine at temperature of oil plus 80 ° With at the disconnected oil radiator should not be less than 125 кПа (1,3 kgs/sm ²) at frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of 700 mines^-1  and 340 кПа (3,4 kgs/sm ²) — at frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of 2000 mines^-1. At inclusion of an oil radiator and the same temperature of oil pressure should not be less than 78 кПа (0,8 kgs/sm ²) at 700 mines^-1 and 245 кПа (2,5 kgs/sm ²) at 2000 mines^-1.

The prevention Engine work at malfunctions in greasing system should be immediately stopped. It is forbidden to maintain the engine with burning signalling device of emergency pressure upon combinations of devices.

Service of system of greasing

Oil level in картере the engine to support on a label «П» the index of level of oil. To measure oil level in 2—3 minutes after a stop of the heated-up engine.

To fill in oil in картер the engine and to change it it is necessary in strict conformity from tab. 10.3.

During engine operation on the car to watch work of gauges of pressure of oil. The gauge of emergency pressure of oil works at pressure 39—78 кПа (0,4—0,8 kgs/sm ²).

On the heated-up engine at serviceable system of greasing in an idling mode the alarm lamp can burn, but should die away immediately at increase in frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft.

It is recommended to wash out system of greasing of the engine for what to merge from картера the hot engine fulfilled oil through two changes of oil, to fill in special washing oil VNIINP-FD on 3—5 mm above a label «0» on the index of level of oil and to allow to the engine to work within 10 minutes on the minimum frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft in an idling mode. Then washing oil to merge, replace the oil filter and to fill in fresh engine oil.
