For reduction of the effort put to a pedal of a brake, between it and the main brake cylinder the two-chamber vacuum amplifier (fig. 8.2), working from depression in an inlet pipe of the engine is established.

The amplifier consists of the case 11, a cover of the case 6, a persistent cover in which pistons 5 and 10 with diaphragms 7 and 8 are established. On the carving end of a connector of pistons 22 by means of a nut the secondary piston 5 fastens, and to фланцевой connector parts fasten the piston 10 and a diaphragm 18 by means of six bolts which are screwed in the case of valves 15.

In the case of 15 valves two screws 19 fix a pusher 16 with the piston 17 and the filter 14. In the piston 10 the jet washer 20 through which the total effort is transferred to a pusher 3 from a pusher 16 directly connected with a pedal of a brake, and from both pistons of the amplifier is established. The backlash is necessary for maintenance растормаживания systems between a pusher 3 and the primary piston of the main brake cylinder. The backlash is provided by means of an adjusting bolt 4. The bolt head should be drowned on 1,35—1,65 mm rather привалочной cover planes to which the flange of the main cylinder fastens.
